I work in marketing, so I pay close attention to the customer journey of a business. As a professional, what I loved about this company was how organized they were! I called in a day earlier to have the windshield ordered. They check if it is in stock, provide options, and setup a time to come by. They accommodated my schedule. They handled all the insurance stuff so it was seamless. It was like ordering an uber, except the only difference was that I had to initiate the process via a phone call. The experience was great.

I was shopping around but was happy that I chose to work with Auto Glass Pals. The owner explained how the industry works and the dishonesties that other companies do. He gave the right glass at his discounted price. I like that solar, lane departure, heated wipers worked when they were done. These guys are thorough. All stickers, ezpass, dashcam, everything transferred just in the right place where i had them before, they took time to remember and put it back exactly as it was. Can't even say there was any work done. GREAT COMPANY !!!!!

They did a good job. They came to my Aunt's house on Sunday and fixed the broken door glass. They cleaned up all the broken glass that was on seat and floor. I liked that they were very professional and respectful. I like that they came to me on Sunday and finished everything 1 2 3.
